Huade county carrot

Huade County has a long history of planting carrots, and its products sell well in China and are exported to many Southeast Asian countries such as Korea and Japan. Because the air quality of the base is aa, the climate is cool (the average temperature during the carrot growing period is about 20 degrees), the sunshine time is long, the temperature difference between day and night is large, the underground water source is abundant, the soil is sandy, the soil layer is deep, rich in humus and well drained, and the manure of grassland cattle and sheep is used as planting fertilizer. Suitable planting environment and excellent varieties make carrot products identified as green, pollution-free and high-quality vegetarian dishes by the Ministry of Agriculture. The harvesting season of carrots is from mid-late August to early September. With the approval of China Green Food Development Center, the carrot in wusutu Township, Chayouzhongqi, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was allowed to use the green food logo, and it was determined to be Grade A green food. At the first famous, excellent and special agricultural and livestock products and green food fair in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2002, the "Prairie Ginseng" brand carrot in Chayouzhongqi, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was evaluated as a famous product in the whole region, and was included in the recommended list of pollution-free vegetable production bases in Beijing by Beijing Agriculture Bureau in 2002.
