Tricholoma huade

Tricholoma huade is a natural edible fungus. Historically, most of the mushrooms produced in Inner Mongolia grassland were processed and sold through Zhangjiakou City, so they were named Tricholoma. Tricholoma is divided into white mushroom, fragrant mushroom, green-legged mushroom, chicken-claw mushroom, black mushroom and other varieties. The meat is tender and mellow, delicious, and has the reputation of being a vegetarian. Mushrooms have high nutritional value, including protein 3.74% (white mushrooms 4.78), sugar 3.51%, fat 0.43%, fiber 0.84%, minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium and iron, and vitamins B and C, etc. Mushrooms have bactericidal effect, and there are records of medicinal use of mushrooms in history. The main producing areas of the autonomous region are Dongwuzhumuqin Banner, Xiwuzhumuqin Banner, Abaha Naer Banner, Hulunbeier League, Tongliao City and other grassland areas in Xilin Gol League. In normal years, the annual output of the whole region can reach about 500,000 kilograms, including about 50,000 kilograms of white mushrooms.
