The main varieties of Dashetai gourd are zucchini, flour gourd and shell-less gourd. Zucchini is big and tender, and noodles are big and sweet, which are sold to surrounding cities. The seeds and colors produced are of high quality, and the purchase price in 2007 is around 16 yuan per kilogram. In the production process, it is operated in accordance with the production rules of pollution-free products. It is a high-quality pollution-free agricultural product and an important raw material base for major roasted seeds and nuts factories. In recent years, it is famous all over the country, and the folk song Kuatao has the reputation of "everyone praises the gourd of Dashetai".
