Ordos liquor produced by Ordos Distillery is carefully brewed by using traditional production technology and advanced scientific methods, with high-quality sorghum and corn as raw materials and rice husk as auxiliary materials, and by steaming and mixing. After graded storage, it is blended and delivered from the factory. The product has the characteristics of "clear and transparent, pure fragrance, soft entrance and clean aftertaste". Ordos Brewery has been established for nearly 30 years, with a long history, excellent brewing technology and advanced technology. It has 387 employees, fixed assets of 6.5 million yuan, annual production capacity of 2,500 tons and annual output value of more than 12 million yuan. It is the largest liquor manufacturer in Ordos Plateau. In 1991, the winery invested nearly 5 million yuan, carried out the technical transformation of plant and equipment updating and improving product quality, expanded the assembly line, and introduced more than 30 sets of domestic advanced automatic bottling machines, microwave aging machines and physical ripening instruments for production, testing and testing.
