Chinese medical stone

A special non-metallic mineral resource, that is, medicinal stone related to diet. Medical stone is shaped like a speck, yellow or white, quite like a grain of wheat. Li Shizhen, a great medical scientist in Ming Dynasty in China, recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica: "The shape is like holding a mass of wheat and rice, and there are grains like beans and rice, which are yellow and white. The water soaked with medical stone is equivalent to mineral spring and senile arteriosclerosis, and has the functions of diuresis, stomach strengthening and liver protection, so it is called health-care medicinal stone. Medical stone is also an excellent natural food preservative and refrigerator deodorant. The mine has been developed by Zhehua Medical Stone Joint Development Company, and the Department of Food Industry Economics of Heilongjiang University of Commerce has made Chinese Medical Stone series foods, which have passed the appraisal and are sold all over the country.
