Winter jujube

Winter jujube has been cultivated in Guangrao for thousands of years, but it has been limited to courtyard cultivation. In recent years, high-quality Guangrao Dongzao jujube has been cultivated by selecting varieties and cultivating grafting, and it has been rapidly propagated and popularized. Now it has been widely planted in Dingzhuang, Wharf, West Qiao Liu and other towns, with a planting area of more than 20,000 mu and an annual output of 15 million kilograms of winter jujube. The single fruit of winter jujube weighs about 25 grams, with thin skin, crisp meat, sweet fragrance and rich nutrition. It contains 19 kinds of essential amino acids and vitamins, and contains many trace elements such as potassium, sodium, iron and copper, and is known as the "treasure in fruit". Guangrao Dongzao has registered the trademark "Edelweiss" in 2002 and passed the green food certification.
