Baizi sheep

Baizi sheep is produced in towns and villages such as Chengguan, Zhihe, Wenquan, Liujiaping and Wujiamao in Zhongyang County. There are bare rocks and cypresses everywhere in this area, and sheep graze in the cypress all the year round, eating cypress seeds and drinking mountain springs. Its meat is delicious, rich in cypress seed flavor, not greasy, nutritious, and has the function of warming stomach and strengthening spleen.
