The advantages of Liulin Muzao are: small core, thick meat, high sugar content, storage resistance and easy transportation. Wood jujube is sweet and sour when fresh, crisp and delicious. After drying, the meat is as smooth as oil, the sugar silk is long and bright, and the taste is especially sweet. The main producing area of Liulin Muzao is Sanjiao Township along the Yellow River.
