Linxian braised dishes

Braised dishes: there are two kinds of meat and vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian braised dishes are made of Chinese cabbage, pumpkin, zucchini, beans, potatoes, carrots, tofu and vermicelli, and mutton or pork is added to meat braised dishes. The method is to heat the pot, pour a little oil, add seasoning such as salt, scallion, garlic, coriander, aniseed (pork stew) and pepper (mutton stew), then stir-fry the above raw materials and add water to stew until cooked.
