Spicy oil wantuo

Refined from buckwheat noodles, supplemented by spicy oil, sesame sauce and mature vinegar, Linxian Wantuo is a traditional snack in Linxian County, which is also a good wine accompaniment with strong local characteristics. Wan Tuo was created by Dong Xuanshi, a famous chef in Nanbao, Linxian County, in the early years of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty, with a history of more than 100 years. In 1900 (that is, in the 26th year of Guangxu), Empress Dowager Cixi and her party avoided disaster in Xi 'an, and when passing through Linxian County, they ate Dong Xuan's dishes, which were full of praise and rewarded them handsomely.
