Xingxian soybean

Xingxian soybean is a specialty of Xingxian County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province. Xingxian soybean is round, much like chicken kidney, commonly known locally as chicken kidney soybean, which contains many vitamins and high protein and fat, and is the best raw material for making soybean oil, soy sauce and bean products. Xingxian soybean is very similar to chicken kidney because of its round shape. Also commonly known locally as chicken kidney soybean, it contains a variety of vitamins and high protein and fat. Scientific identification results show that the fat content is 17.91%, and the protein content is as high as 46.2%.
