Soft rice

Soft Rice Soft Rice is made by grinding millet traditionally planted in Xing County. Its rice grain is light yellow, larger and rounder than ordinary rice, and it is rich in protein and amino acids. The fried soft cake made of it is soft and delicious, and it is one of the famous snacks in Shanxi.
