Rapeseed

There is another dish in Linfen called "oily". When I heard the word "oily", I thought it should be something particularly greasy, or a kind of food fried in an oil pan. I didn't want to order it at first, but my colleague said that I always had to taste the special features, so I ordered one. Later, after being oiled and served, I realized that this dish is not oily at all. It is an authentic traditional dish. It is made of fine lean meat, sliced, dipped in a layer of egg paste, and put it in an oil pan for a little frying. After that, just stir-fry it. It looks quite good and tastes quite good.
