Yizhou yellow millet

Yizhou yellow millet is a specialty of Yicheng County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. Yizhou yellow millet has strong viscosity, long sweetness and attractive aroma, and is rich in various nutrients and trace elements such as calcium, iron, zinc and selenium. It is a nourishing good product for men, women and children, especially pregnant women. Yizhou yellow millet production base is located in the hilly area of Longhua wall in Yicheng County, Shanxi Province, near the Huishui River.
