One of the top ten famous dates in Shanxi, which is characterized by large size, thin skin, small pit, fine meat, sweet taste and excellent fresh food, generally weighs 25.5g per fruit. In 1981, it was awarded the second place in the provincial jujube appraisal meeting and became one of the best jujube varieties in Shanxi Province. It is mainly distributed in Dongzhang, Xizhang, Yong 'an in the south, Yong 'an in the north and Zhaizhuang in the county town along the waterlogged river and the giant river in our city, with the most cultivation and the best quality. (Linfen) Distribution of Tuanzao in Linfen: The areas along the Laohe River and Huihe River in Linfen City, such as East Zhang Cun, West Zhang Cun, South Yong 'an, North Yong 'an and East Kongguo, are cultivated in pieces. Botanical characteristics: the crown is cylindrical, the tree is half-opened, with strong dryness, strong tree potential and tall tree body. The trunk is grayish brown, the skin is longitudinally cracked, the crack is shallow and easy to peel off. The first branch of jujube is reddish brown, with an annual growth of 42-80 cm, slightly curved internodes, large and dense lenticels and grayish white. Jujube shares are gray and have a long cone shape. Usually, there are 2-5 hanging dates, and the hanging length is 16-31 cm. 7-9 knots in more fruit-bearing parts. Among the flowers, there are 1-8 single flowers per inflorescence. Jujube has 10-17 leaves, which are large and medium-thick, oblong, 6-8.2 cm long and 2.2-3.4 cm wide, with sharp apex, dull serrated edges, round base and dark green petiole length of 0.3-0.9 cm. Biological characteristics: the stem height of 30-year-old plants is 1.68 meters, the stem circumference is 0.79 meters, the tree height is 8-ll.5 meters, and the branch spread is 5.6-7.1 meters. Jujube head has strong germination ability and medium fruiting strength in that year. The plant grows vigorously, with strong high-yield performance and stable yield. The 30-year-old single plant produces 75 kilograms of fresh dates. It germinates in mid-April, blooms in late May, blooms in early June, ripens in mid-September, and leaves fall in late October. Economic characteristics: the fruit is large, nearly round, with a longitudinal diameter of 3.3-4.3 cm and a transverse diameter of 2.7-3.9 cm. It is irregular in size, with an average fruit weight of 16.1 grams and a maximum fruit weight of 25 grams. The fruit surface is smooth, the skin is thin and reddish, and the fruit point is remarkable. The depression is deep and wide, and the top depression is deep and wide. The meat is thick, white and green, crisp, juicy and sweet. The sugar content of fresh jujube is 25.3%, the acid content is 0.24%, and vitamin C is 505.5 mg per 100 grams of pulp. The sugar content of dried jujube is 65.5%. The kernel is small, oval, with a longitudinal diameter of 1.72-2.3 cm and a transverse diameter of 0.7-0.95 cm, with an average weight of 0.59 g, and the edible part accounts for 96.3% of the fruit weight. The nuclear surface is rough, the furrow is shallow, the apex is short, the base is short and blunt, the kernel content is 75%, and the seed kernel is not full. The quality of fruit is above average. Disadvantages: poor storage and transportation ability, serious fruit drop before harvest, and no resistance to fruit cracking. Key points of cultivation: this product has strong tree growth, tall tree body, weak drought resistance and cold resistance, and is suitable for cultivation in Pingchuan, Shuidi and fertile dry land.
