Yuanping pear

Origin: produced in Yuanping County, Xinzhou District, Shanxi Province. Yuanping is one of the famous pear producing areas in China. Among the original pears, the main varieties are summer pears: autumn pear, avocado, perfume pear, yellow pear, talented pear and petal pear. In addition, crisp pear is a large-scale product developed in recent ten years. Yuanping pear is characterized by its large size, thin skin, plenty of water, crispness, sweetness, fine pulp and delicious taste. Yuanping pear has a long history of planting, and local farmers and pear farmers have accumulated rich experience in planting and storage. Pears of that year can be stored for 6 ~ 7 months after maturity. Others can be stored until the next year when new pears are on the market. After being stored in the cellar, the color of the first ripe pear changed from yellow-green to pure yellow, and from slightly sour taste at the first ripe pear to pure sweet taste. It is cheap and easy to store, which is the reason why the original pingli can be exported and welcomed by the public.
