On February 24th (March 15th, 1697), in the thirty-sixth year of Kangxi, Emperor Kangxi of Shi Zaiqing made a personal expedition for the third time, and galdan, who refused to obey Wanghua, passed through Yijingtun in Shenchi from Datong and Shuozhou. The people were exhausted, and there were many people but few rivers. When the local people were worried, the rivers suddenly overflowed, and the Zhan Ran was clear, and their spirits were refreshed after drinking. This day coincides with the market day, and merchants from all directions in the market are noisy. Kangxi toured the market on a whim and found that the merchants in the market used moon cakes with attractive fragrance as their dry food. He was very surprised and asked around him why there were moon cakes in February. Pick-up place-Play: During the Mid-Autumn Festival, local people make moon cakes with wheat flour, authentic Shenchi Hu oil and water as raw materials, and sugar, roses, sesame seeds, etc. Then it is stored in a porcelain urn for seasonal needs, and it can be stored for several years without changing its taste.
