Youmian wowo

Youmian, which is made from naked oats, is one of the main food crops in Xinzhou area. Youmian has high nutritional value, and contains a lot of calcium, phosphorus, iron and riboflavin. The way to make a hole in the oat noodle is to add twice as much boiling water or cold water to the oat noodle, push one on the smooth surface with your palm and roll one with your forefinger to make it into a tubular shape like a cat's ear, which is long, thin as a leaf and yellowish in color.
