Beixiang mutton hubu

Northern mutton Hu Bu, with a history of more than 100 years, enjoys a long-standing reputation. The production method is: cut the cooked white flour pancake into shreds, add fresh mutton soup to cook it, and add spices such as sesame oil, chopped green onion and red pepper noodles. It tastes refreshing, oily but not greasy, nourishes the body, and is a famous local food. People in Beixiang Town, Yuncheng City do the best, hence the name.
