Xiangzao

Xiangzao: Produced in Beixiang Town, Yuncheng, it is famous for its thick color, sweet taste, thin skin, thick meat, large size and small core. Raw food is sweet, crisp and refreshing. In the Book of Hanshu, there is a saying that "Emperor Wen of Han called his ministers to say, and those who taste delicious dates are better than those in Anyi." Anyi is now Yuncheng City. It was well-known in the capital before 2000.
