The holy medicine "Ding Kundan" and "Ding Kundan", recognized by the world as a holy medicine, is a specialty gynecological medicine of Shanxi Chinese Medicine Factory. According to historical records, Ding Kundan was founded in the fourth year of Qianlong in Qing Dynasty (AD 1739). Taking the meaning of "stability and prosperity", this prescription was named "Dingkundan" and listed as "official use only" Sun Yankui, the imperial court supervisor, was a native of Taigu, Shanxi Province. Because his mother was suffering from a woman's disease and could not be cured for a long time, he tried to copy the prescription of Dingkundan from the Imperial Hospital and hand it over to his family drugstore Baoyuantang for preparation. Sure enough, when the medicine is cured, it will be taken by other family members in the future, and the effect is also good. Later, when the Sun family fell, Baoyuantang drugstore closed down, and Ding Kundan's prescription spread to Guangshengju. Since then, this "official medicine" has become a folk gynecological medicine. In 1979, Dingkundan was named as a provincial quality product by Shanxi Provincial People's Government, and won the National Silver Medal in 1980. Today, this famous gynecological medicine has sold well in more than 20 countries and regions at home and abroad.
