Oil noodle is a traditional food in Taigu county, which looks like steamed bread and is made by frying. Crispy outside and soft inside, sweet and delicious. During the reign of Emperor Qianlong in Qing Dynasty, there were fried foods such as steamed buns and oily food in Taigu County. When we arrived in Xianfeng and Tongzhi, West Street "Longshengchang" (formerly known as "Longshengchang") began to produce oil noodles for large families to eat. Later, the "Wen" sub-brands (Wenyuantang, Wenlingtang and Wenchengtang) added raw materials and improved the technology to make the oil surface more distinctive. "Wen" gradually replaced "Longsheng Chang" and became a large-scale workshop for producing and distributing oil-flour food. Oil noodles, originally a good product for the New Year, have become a popular pasta and a good gift for relatives and friends because of its reputation.
