Langzao Langzao is distributed in Taigu, Qixian, Pingyao and other places in Shanxi Province. It is the main local cultivated variety, accounting for about 80% of the total local cultivation. The cultivation history is unknown, but the centuries-old jujube tree grows a lot in various jujube areas and is one of the local ancient cultivated varieties. The fruit is large and cylindrical. The peel is thin, deep red and the fruit surface is smooth. The pulp is thick, green and white, dense in texture, sweet and slightly sour in taste, rich in juice, medium and high in quality, suitable for drying, and candied dates can also be processed, with a drying rate of 55.56%. This variety has strong adaptability, high yield, stable yield, uniform fruit size, high edible rate, storage resistance and early maturity, and can be developed in areas with slightly lower temperature.
