Shou yang cha Shi

Shouyang tea food is a kind of breakfast food which combines pancakes and moon cakes. This kind of food is crispy on the outside and crispy on the inside. It is said that the name tea food was invented by Han Yu, a great writer in the Tang Dynasty.
