The old abbot specially made this kind of oat noodle food for entertainment. Li Yuan asked, "What's in your hand?" The old abbot replied, "it's hard." Castanopsis fissa is a general term for plants, and Castanopsis fissa refers to a container made of bamboo sticks or wicker (Ci Hai). There is a poem in Tang Yin: "Pipa writing has turned into resentment, and the amount of money is used to buy out spring." It seems that the abbot answered with a small cage at the end of his hand. Later, when Li Yuan became emperor, he sent the old abbot to Wutai Mountain as abbot. The old abbot led the monks to their posts, passed by Jingle County, watched the first harvest of naked oats, and passed on the method of making naked oats to the local people. Later, this kind of folk pasta spread all over Shanxi, Shaanxi, Mongolia, Hebei, Shandong and other places, and became the home-cooked food of the people in the northern mountainous areas. There is also a folk saying that it is said that Li Shimin and his son used this kind of pasta to reward the three armies in Taiyuan, and established the Tang Dynasty in one fell swoop, which is derived from the word reward. Youmian is full of trace elements, which can strengthen the brain and be eye-catching, and can also reduce the modern "three highs" (high blood pressure, high blood lipid and high blood sugar).
