Shangge xiaobai pear

Shangge Xiaobai pear is a specialty of Yuci, Jinzhong, Shanxi. Shangge Village, Dongzhao Township is located in the hilly area. Pears have been planted in history, and the small white pears produced are the most distinctive ones, which have been royal tributes in previous dynasties. It is characterized by beautiful color, thin skin, tender fruit and thick meat, more juice and less residue, and sweet smell.
