Huairen mature vinegar

Huairen mature vinegar is a specialty of Yuci, Jinzhong, Shanxi. Shanxi's vinegar enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad, especially Yuci and Qingxu. The old vinegar workshop in Huairen, Yuci, was founded in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty, and was named "Yuquanqing" and passed down from generation to generation. Huairen Village, located in Pingchuan, is one of the important market towns in Yuci in ancient times. It is rich in high-quality sorghum, combined with specific water and soil and special technology, which makes the aged vinegar produced by it delicious, clear and bright, sour and mellow, sweet, cotton, fragrant and sour, with endless aftertaste.
