Song's sugar drying oven, also known as flash-collapsed mouth, originated in the Song Dynasty and flourished in the Qing Dynasty. It belongs to the Song family and has exquisite craftsmanship. Li Lianying beside her saw a stunned look behind Taitai and asked, "What's wrong with Lafayette?" Cixi said with a smile, "This thing used to be a hall, but it was solid outside and empty inside. It almost flashed my teeth." Therefore, "sugar drying furnace" is also commonly known as "flashing mouth". After the founding of New China, in 1958, famous pastry chefs and experts from various firms in Huairen gathered in Huairen County Non-staple Food Processing Factory. They and their three generations' descendants insisted on inheriting the traditional craft and pioneering and innovative development ideas, and adopted the exquisite technology of hand-ramming to develop sweet cakes and cakes in the street.
