Youyu small grains

Youyu County is a small miscellaneous grain production area in history, and was designated as a small miscellaneous grain base construction county by Shanxi Province in 2000. The small miscellaneous grains produced by Youyu County are well-known both inside and outside the province because they basically do not use pesticides, are pollution-free and have good quality, and are known as "green food". The main small miscellaneous grains in the county are oats, peas, soybeans, black beans, buckwheat, potatoes, millet, millet and millet, among which the annual output of oats is high. Youyu County Minor Grains Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 with a total investment of 4.1 million yuan, covering an area of 8,413 square meters, including a building area of 2,349 square meters. It can process 9,500 tons of oat flour, buckwheat flour, bean flour, selected beans and feed products every year, including 2,500 tons of oat flour series products and 2,000 buckwheat flour series products.
