Produced in Jincheng, Shanxi. Zezhou red hawthorn is the best product of hawthorn in China. It tastes sour and sweet, and it is big, so it is called "Hawthorn King". According to laboratory analysis, the hawthorn in Zezhou Hongshan contains 22% carbon compounds, 0.7% protein, 0.2% fat, 0.025% phosphorus, 0.0021% iron and 0.085% calcium.
