Xicheng Mountain Xiaomi

"Xicheng Mountain Xiaomi" is also referred to as "Old Gu Mi". It was certified as "pollution-free food" in 2007, and its registered trademark was listed as "Shanxi Famous Brand" in 2010. According to Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica, "Millet tastes sweet and slightly cold, nourishes kidney qi, eliminates stomach cold, cures thirst (diabetes) and facilitates urination", which has high health care and nutritional value. Due to the specific hilly and hilly land in Yangcheng County, unique ecological environment, large temperature difference between day and night, abundant sunlight, abundant natural conditions and many other factors, it is especially beneficial to the growth and maturity of millet and the accumulation of nutrients in its grains.
