Runcheng Town is located 7 kilometers east of Yangcheng County, also known as "small town", which is a famous historical and cultural town. Runcheng jujube cake-this flower-shaped steamed bread, the production process is very particular. Wake up for 40 minutes at the temperature of 36-40, and then steam in a steamer. The jujube steamed bun with beautiful shape and sweet mouth is made, and Runcheng people call it "jujube cake".
