Jincheng red fruit is a traditional famous fruit in Shanxi, and it is one of the eight major producing areas in China. The average fruit weight is 8 ~ 9 grams, and the maximum fruit weight is about 10 grams. Mature in mid-October, resistant to storage, is an excellent variety of hawthorn processing. Red-fleshed hawthorn: the fruit is round, bright red in color, with fruit rust on the surface and slightly thick peel; The fruit point is small, grayish brown, the average fruit weight is about 5 grams, the flesh is red or pink, the texture is soft and the flavor is different. It is an excellent variety for processing fruit juice and jam.
