Oil paste angle, created in the Tang Dynasty. It is said that there was a general on an expedition and his wife was pregnant. The general returned home victorious from the war, and his wife rewarded her husband with the special millet flour from his hometown, fried it into a paste, and the general was full of tears after eating it. On the same day, his wife gave birth to a man and a woman, and the general was overjoyed. He ordered the military chef to treat the three armed forces with oil paste to celebrate. Interestingly, red bean stuffing and carrot stuffing were wrapped in the paste corner, with red bean stuffing indicating a male and carrot stuffing indicating a female. Since then, in order to commemorate the general, people have used it as a paste horn as a mascot for having children.
