Qin xian gan mo

The dried steamed buns with local flavor in Qinxian County are made by kneading dough with warm water repeatedly on a chopping board, rolling the dough into a bowl shape with a wheel hammer, kneading the dough with sesame oil seasoning in the middle, and baking it on a coke fire surrounded by a big iron ring.
