Thick and thick are homophonic, and eating herring is innocent, so it is named "after the blessing is boundless". ) 5. Immortality (Take a dish stewed with fat sausage, sea cucumber and green vegetables. Intestine and length are homophonic, and participation in life is homophonic. Together with the word "green" of green vegetables, it is named "Immortality" to stay young forever. ) 6, long life (this dish is a tribute to wish people a long life, taking fat intestines and sheep scattered Dan as the main ingredients, borrowing the long intestines to sound the words, so it is named "long life." ) 7, kindness and longevity (this dish is mainly taken from Zhanghe loach, also known as "eel", a dish cooked with cooked pig intestines, which means that harmony and kindness can lead to a long life. Eel, kindness, intestine and length are homophonic, so it is named "kindness and longevity". ) 8. Happiness is like the East China Sea (take wax gourd and carve the picture of "Happiness, Luck and Longevity" on the skin, dig out the seeds, and swim in the sea, mountains.
