Huguan trolley knife cuts cake.

Huguan trolley knife cuts cake. Huguan trolley knife cuts cake as a traditional food made of coarse grains. This kind of knife-cut cake is made by steaming high-quality millet, red dates and so on. Its texture is delicate and sweet. Huguan's famous specialty snack. Speaking of "a car knife cuts cakes", there is another legend. According to legend, in the southeast, 40 kilometers away from Huguan County, there is a Zituan Mountain with strange peaks and mountains and rivers. Halfway up the mountain, there is a hole in Ziyun Cave. The milk stones in the cave are grotesque and varied. There is a Bailongtan in front of the cave, and the waterfall in the pool falls like a dragon from the sky. There is a Baiyun Temple at the top of the cave, where more than 10 monks live. Every day, besides burning incense and worshipping Buddha, they also planted jujube, millet, millet, corn and vegetables around Bailongtan by relying on natural conditions. Monks often use yellow rice (rice after husking millet) and jujube to make sweet porridge to improve their lives on holidays. One year during the Spring Festival, the old abbot asked the newly arrived young monk to cook porridge in the kitchen. In the process of cooking, when the young monk stirred porridge with a spoon, he used too much force and knocked out a line in the pot. The young monk didn't dare to say, and as a result, the thin soup flowed away along the seam and turned into porridge. The old abbot asked about the situation and had to let everyone scoop it into a bowl to eat. Who knows that the sticky yellow rice can't be scooped out, so we have to put it on the chopping board and cut it into pieces with a knife for everyone to eat. The old monk said while eating, "This thing is sticky and sweet in Huang Chengcheng. Let's call it yellow rice jujube cake." When the young monk grew up, he spread the technology of making yellow rice jujube cake to Huguan folk. On holidays, people in Huguan always steam yellow rice and jujube cakes and give them to each other. Large families also push carts to give gifts to relatives and friends, and cut one piece at a time. This is the origin of cutting cakes with carts.
