Small grains

Small miscellaneous grains are stranded in a humid continental climate, with large mountainous and hilly areas and far away from the pollution sources of "three wastes". The people have a historical habit of planting small miscellaneous grains. Nine varieties of yellow soybean, black soybean, green soybean, adzuki bean, mung bean, cowpea, "pearl yellow" millet, corn grits and Sanhe noodles produced in 2000 have obtained the national green food certification, and 3,400 mu of land in the county has obtained the conversion certificate of organic food. At present, the production of small miscellaneous grains has reached 200,000 mu, with an annual output of 15 million kilograms. Yishen Organic Food Company and other enterprises specialize in the selection, packaging, processing and sales of small grains.
