Yuxian adzuki bean

The main producing areas of adzuki beans in Yuxian are Xiyan Town, Dongliang Township and Nanshe Township. With an annual output of 400 tons, it is characterized by containing protein fat and various vitamins, with high nutritional value, and it is sweet and delicious to cook porridge and soup. Noodles made from flour are white, soft, thin and long, not astringent or pasty, and easy to digest. Among them, adzuki beans have the effects of detumescence and detoxification.
