This kind of cucumber cultivation has many processes. Cucumber contains sugar, glycosides, amino acids, vitamins (A, B2, C), calcium, phosphorus, iron and other components. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that cucumber has the effects of eliminating heat, relieving fever and diuresis, and is suitable for treating dysuria, edema of limbs, hypertension and jaundice.
