Pressure drop

Pressing is sometimes also called pressing, which is refined from coarse grains. The pressure drop is made of a special drop bed, which can be placed on the iron pot of the cooker. The bed has a circular groove in the middle and an iron plate with fine holes under it. After the water in the pot is boiled, the mixed noodles are put into the circular groove, and a cork is pressed into the circular groove with a lever, and the noodles are squeezed into thin strips from the leaking hole and dropped into the boiling soup. After being picked up, they are mixed with seasoning or poured with soup, and they bite very hard.
