Because there are all kinds of things in it, it is called mutton offal. Later generations became more and more refined, and yam vermicelli, a local specialty, was added to the mutton offal soup. The vermicelli tastes stiff and shaky, and the mutton offal tastes spicy and fragrant. Together, the two are like icing on the cake, so it is called mutton offal noodle soup.
