Legend has it that it began in the Ming Dynasty. Since then, Xiahan Casseroles have been well-known in Northeast China, Hebei, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia. The characteristics of Xiahan Casseroles are: fire resistance, collision resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, smooth inside and outside, and beautiful color, which can be used for cooking and frying Chinese medicine. Now it can produce more than ten varieties such as sand hot pot, braised meat pot, sand hip flask, small sand pot and medicine pot. In terms of color, it has also developed from a simple taupe in the past to a variety of colors such as bean green, milky white and brown.
