Youmian kaolaolao

Youmian Kao is always a flavor food that people in Datong and Yanbei like to eat. Kao Lao is steamed with naked oats, served with mutton tips and various seasonings, which has a long fragrance and is resistant to digestion. This has a lot to do with the rich naked oats noodles in Yanbei area of Datong.
