Chef Zhao, despite his superb skills, has been at his wit's end for decades. One day, I occasionally stir-fry flour with oil and sugar into oily noodles and add water to flour to make dough. Unexpectedly, the dough was too thin to be baked, so we had to shovel the block with a shovel, put it on the pot, and then bake it in a pot. The owner ate it and asked to continue baking. This was the beginning of Meng Feng's cake. Later, Zhao Jinshan returned to Mengfeng, borrowed 200 yuan money from Wang Fuchang of Echi Village, opened a cake shop and operated "Mengfeng Pot Block", which was later renamed Mengfeng Cake. Mengfeng is located in the southeast of Qingyuan County and on the east bank of Fenhe River. It is a place where grain is distributed. Many shops gather, and merchants from Hebei and Yuci to Wenshui, Fenyang and Shaanxi come in an endless stream, and Mengfeng cakes are sold everywhere.
