Taiyuan is rich in glazed products. As early as the prosperous Tang dynasty, it was already "Biwa Zhuda shines on the battlements". During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, glazed tiles were exported to other provinces. It is said that the glazed products made by Su family in Mazhuang, Taiyuan, began in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. These glazed products have decorated many ancient cultural relics and buildings in Shanxi, and they are still shining today.
