Taiyuan garlic

Garlic is represented by purple-skinned six-petal garlic produced in Xiaoshikou Village, Yingxian County. It has a long history and is famous in Sanjin. It is characterized by large size, dense structure, purple skin, easy peeling, smooth and spicy garlic cloves, strong adhesion and no discoloration overnight.
