Steamed Pea Flour Cake

Pea cake is a special snack in Taiyuan, which belongs to sweets and should be eaten in summer. It is made by peeling and grinding the first-class peas and adding sugar, persimmon and persimmon cream. The color is light yellow, smooth and sharp. At present, the most famous one is made by chef Jia Dewang of Dadongguan.
