Zhi heng Liang su Tang

Zhihengliang crisp candy is a specialty of Wangjiajing Town, Shenzhou City, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. The founder of Zhihengliang Crispy Sugar was Zhiguizhi from Daxujia Village, Shenzhou, Qing Dynasty. Zhihengliang crisp candy is deeply loved by the masses because of its multi-layered, clear texture, delicious color, crisp and soft, sweet and delicious. Shenzhou crisp candy began in the first year of Xianfeng, Emperor Wenzong of Qing Dynasty (1851), with a history of 157 years, among which "Zhihengliang crisp candy" is the most famous for its distinct layers, clear texture, sweetness and crispness. The founder of "Zhi Hengliang Crispy Sugar" is Zhi Guizhi (1891-1953), the father of Zhi Hengliang (1911-1986) in Daxujia Village, Wangjiajing Town, Shenzhou City. At the age of sixteen, Zhi Hengliang began to help his father sell crisp candy and carried it forward. He walked the streets with sugar in his hand. When the gong rang, people heard it, and they knew that Zhi Hengliang was coming. The crisp candy he sells is loved by the elderly, children and villagers. Over time, people call the crisp candy he sells "Zhihengliang Crispy Candy". In 2006, the fourth generation of successors supported Jie and Zhi? Officially registered his own crisp candy workshop as "Zhihengliang Crispy Candy Village". In 2010, Zhihengliang Crispy Sugar was included in the first batch of municipal intangible cultural heritage list of Shenzhou City.
