Shenzhou sutang

Shenzhou crisp sugar began in the first year of Xianfeng, Emperor Wenzong of Qing Dynasty (1851), with a history of 157 years. Its founder was Zhi Guizhi (1891-1953) of Daxujia Village, Wangjiajing Town, Shenzhou City, and his son Zhi Hengliang (1911-1986) carried it forward. Shenzhou Crispy Sugar takes peanuts, sesame seeds and sugar as the main raw materials, with distinct layers, clear texture, sweet and crisp, as delicate as handicrafts. A red paper trademark and a small toilet paper package keep the traditional dim sum style. In 2006, the fourth generation of descendants Zhijie and Zhizhe officially registered their own crisp candy workshop as "Zhihengliang Crispy Sugar Village", and their products also had new packaging.
